"Agora" means marketplace, or "place of gathering" in Greek, and Agora Market in Chicago lives up to its name. The parking lot is always full for a reason—it's simply the best neighborhood market in the city. The produce is consistently top quality, they carry fresh Publican breads, the prepared foods are delicious, the Slagel Farms meats are exceptional, and the wine selection is thoughtfully curated. Somehow they manage to be better than Whole Foods while also being more affordable. The brothers who own the market are always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind, creating the kind of neighborhood shopping experience that's hard to find these days.

Agora is the best grocery store. They have a wide selection of produce, meats, and other ingredients. The bread quality is the best in Chicago, and one of my biggest life upgrades since shopping there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I refuse to shop for groceries anywhere else because I love Agora.

This is a really good store – the product selection is awesome, lots of cool stuff you can’t easily find elsewhere. Everything is fresh, well-packaged, and at reasonable prices. The only bummer is that they don’t have proper Polish sausages (those smoked ones with garlic, like grandma used to make) and real barrel-fermented pickles, not that watery vinegar crap. If they added a solid Polish deli section, I wouldn’t have a single complaint

The store had a nice ambiance. It appeared aesthetically pleasant and inviting. It looked to be a good size as well, not too big as to feel overwhelming and not too small so as to give a cramped sensation. The store appeared neat and well-organized. Agora Market has a parking lot, which is convenient in Chicago. They had a wide variety and selection, especially relative to the size of the store. The produce looked like it was typically good. There were prepared foods that looked good.

Fantastic produce! Fresh and great variety of veggies and fruit. Love the house made guac and tortilla chips. The in-house marinated meats are awesome, too! They have lots of great quality groceries. Some items are spendy so I only get my produce and treat your self items here. Their feta is amazing too. This place is delicious and a fun market to shop!
